Description of Service

You are responsible for the subtitle files, video files, audio files, transcripts, and text content you open or process with Subtitle Editor. The public editor is designed to process files locally in your browser unless a feature clearly asks you to upload or save content online. You should only use files you own, have permission to edit, or are legally allowed to process.

- Use Subtitle Editor to distribute spam, malware, abusive content, or unlawful material.
Payment and Billing
When paid features are offered, they are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.
Intellectual Property
Subtitle Editor and its original interface, features, software, and documentation are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain rights to the subtitle, text, audio, and video content you lawfully process with the product.
